Transatlantic is a rapidly expanding remote-first PR agency focused on working with early stage start-up and scale-up companies across the entire technology spectrum.

We are seeking an experienced senior consultant to join our small team and lead our B2B technology arm. Broad experience in technology startups is a must, due to the current needs of our clients, but a focus on healthtech, professional services and VCs is desirable.

From winning new business with creative ideas, to executing them with fantastic client and project management skills and securing national, business and vertical media coverage – we are looking for someone to get stuck into the business and help our agency grow.

The ideal person will be able to run hard-working press offices, finding angles for clients in the absence of ‘new news’, plan an effective fundraising strategy and see national media angles within trade sector press releases.

Location is not a problem, but for interest the majority of our team is either London or Manchester based. Travel to UK meetings will be required in the future.

Key responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline including marketing, communications or business is desirable but not essential. Experience outweighs professional qualifications

Hours:

Standard hours are generally Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. As a public relations director and the key contact for clients you may be required to work irregular hours when workloads demand. You will also need to be on hand to manage in a crisis.

Please note we will consider applications for this role on either a full time or four-day per week basis.

Salary bracket 

£45-60,000 dependent on experience and number of days
